Historic Williams Street, which runs parallel to Main Street, is a feast for the architectural eyes with its stately and preserved Captains' homes. The estate was home and office to the town doctor (4 in total over the years!) and their families for generations before becoming a bed and breakfast in the mid 1980's. All rooms in this thirty-nine room motel have private bath, color cable television, climate control and is a five-minute walk from Vineyard Haven ferries and public transportation. Guest rooms have two twin beds, two double beds and queen-sized beds. Some units have kitchenettes. Unique unto this motel is the harbor-front beach that affords vacationers a front seat to all the comings and goings of Vineyard Haven Harbor. SPECIAL NOTE: certain rooms within this motel have been designated as 'smoking' rooms for those seeking such accommodations.

Property Number Fifteen This lovely seven-guest room bed and breakfast was built in 1720 and is located just one block away from Owen Park on Vineyard Haven Harbor and two blocks to the center of the village of Vineyard Haven. This bed-and-breakfast has rooms with private and semi-private baths; all rooms have television and air conditioning. The side yard features a charmingly furnished patio and an enclosed sun porch rounds out the first floor of the House. Continental breakfast is included with your stay and complimentary bicycles are available upon request.

Property Number Sixteen This great property includes two-bedroom and studio units. Amenities include private baths, cable television, kitchens and laundry, all within walking distance of the village. Private parking is available for those who bring their vehicles. The back lawn is lovely and secluded with well-groomed flower gardens and plantings. Accommodations are offered by the night or longer, depending on availability. All guests staying for extended periods do need to bring their own linens.

Tranquil setting, herb garden, sunny decks, creative breakfasts, home made breads. Across from conservation forest; 10 minute walk to the harbour, one mile to the ferry.
